We are seeking enthusiastic, self- driven individuals to join our team as a Sales Ambassadors. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the company’s revenue by engaging with customers, conducting market research, developing relationships, and managing our sales presence at events.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, independently and able to convert pop attendees to customers.
About you:
You are able to develop relationships and build trust quickly. Having a wide network of contacts in the sales, pop up and small business field is also a huge plus.
As our Sales Ambassador, you will be expected to represent Las Ofrendas at pop ups and markets. You should be able to attract new customers while also encouraging existing customers to purchase more, and build the long-term relationships we're invested in as a small business. Your friendly and approachable nature will help you connect easily with customers, while your extensive product knowledge will ensure customers receive accurate information. You will also work with our team to identify pop up opportunities, complete applications and schedule market dates for yourself and our other sales people.

HIRING TIMELINE:
This position is open IMMEDIATELY, first round of hires will happen the week of 2/27.
You can expect between 10-20 hours every two weeks, and must be available for weekend shifts and some evening shifts. Pay starts at $15/hr plus tips & commensurates with experience, and, employee discount.
Please note, we will and we will continue to hire on a rolling basis, dependent on our market needs.
